I was reviewing some SEC filings and came across this report that GAUCHO GROUP HOLDINGS INC has acquired the domain name Gaucho.com for $74,599 USD split over $34,999 in cash and 15,000 shares valued at $39,600 USD.

Gaucho Group Holdings, Inc trades on the NASDAQ under ticker VINO and is a rapidly growing, e-commerce-driven public holding company that has built from the ground up, and currently operates, a portfolio of experiential luxury brands and real estate assets.

They currently operate on GauchoHoldings.com for Investor and group information and have already developed Gaucho.com.

Prior to being sold the owner appears to have been a company known as “Gaucho Entertainment was born from an idea to make independent movies, when Martin Delon was a child living on a ranch in the North of Argentina. While drinking Mate with several gauchos, Martin could envision the stories and tales the gauchos told making it to the big screen. Gaucho Entertainment focuses on story driven productions, documentaries, industrial videos and commercials.”
