Domain Name Once Sold By Frank Schilling for $10K has expired

Posted on 14/02/2022

I was searching the expired domain name auctions over at GoDaddy and I noticed CosmeticDermatology.com has expired and is currently in an auction, it ends in less than 24 hours and has 7 bidders currently in this auction with the price already at $504 USD.

I always like to check the history of whom once owned the domain name using the Historical Whois facilities with our partners WhoisXMLAPi.com, I can see it was once part of the legendary domain name investor Frank Schilling domain name portfolio for his company NAME ADMINISTRATION INC. (BVI) which owned the domain name for many years before it was sold for $10,000 USD on the 23rd of March 2017.

Frank’s portfolio was over 375,00+ Domain Names which he eventually sold to GoDaddy for a reported $200,000,000 USD in 2020.

The whois details for CosmeticDermatology.com went under privacy after the domain name sale was completed, so we can’t confirm who acquired it from Frank’s company however nearly five years later the domain name has now expired and is being auctioned off, I suspect the bidding to increase into the four figures within the next 24 hours, would you agree?
