They have just filed WIPO case number D2022-0287 to get ownership over the domain name Mireo.com, presently they own and use the ccTLD Mireo.hr which is the country code for Croatia, where the company is headquartered.

What is interesting Mireo.com has been registered since the 21st of July 2002 and possibly could have been registered by Mireo DD over 20 years ago when they registered the ccTLD Mireo.hr on the 9th of August 2001 but why wait this long to file a WIPO case to win the domain name?

According to the screenshots historically dating back as far as 2002, we can the domain name has consistently been offered for sale and only last year was still being offered for sale by its current owner see the screenshot below…

I hope the owner of Mireo.com chooses a three-person panel and strong domain name lawyer to represent them, as I suspect a single-person panelist might choose in favor of Mireo DD due to the history of it being parked and offered for sale… What do you think will be the outcome?
